Angry No Start! So Frustrated!

I posted a little earlier about issues I was having after a stud and gasket job. I shut the truck off, went inside to post here on the org and realized I didn't get my ICP voltage. I went back outside and turned the key and nothing...I have full battery power/FICM is still holding at 48V but every time I turn the key, nothing happens. I will point out, the first time I tried to start it, there was an audible "click" that came from the engine bay. Now she will not even attempt to turnover. Advice or suggestions before I let high tide take her out to sea?

I think I'm chasing an electrical issue here guys. When I turn the key, fuel pump runs, my dummy lights come on, but radio goes blank and when I turn the key lose the radio comes back on. I did have a blown fuse, a 20 short, #22 I believe. I've scoured the org trying different sensors and making sure no connections were grounding out anywhere. I replaced the fuse, gauges and everything worked until I tried to crank her again...then nothing, fuse did not blow, but still in the same predicament. Any thoughts here?

loose or dirty battery cables, when you put enough demand on the system it makes everything go dead.

Load tested batteries two days ago...had to get one new one...battery terminals are clean along with battery cables. Same for the alternator and starter. The FICM has solid connection and was rebuilt in August last year. No injector buzz...just the little annoying vaccum thing by the EVAP.

Was the cab off for the stud job? Double check all the harness connections. IMO batteries in these trucks should be treated like the wiper blades... Always replace in pairs.
