head bolts and boost

Is the amount of boost directly related to head bolt stretch and head gasket failure if you stay out of the red you should not have a problem ?

You will still have a problem sooner or later if you run a programmer of any sort. THe programmer runs a much more aggresive boost and timing pattern, which stretches your head bolts.
