White Smoke After Egr Delete?

I recently got an egr delete using the IPR Gen 2 delete kit, and i currently have an sct tuner with custom innovative tunes with the egr valve off. I've taken it to my mechanic and he ran gasket and injector tests already and says everything checks out and cannot figure out what the white smoke is. After I start the engine, about 1 minute after takeoff at a stoplight it starts puffing white smoke, after the engine warms up it stops, and does an extremely mild puff of white on each take off. Any advice would be appreciated, it's just plain embarrassing to be driving around town with white fumes going everywhere until the engine warms up.
