Can bad injectors cause other problems?

I have 3 bad injectors all on the same bank, They seem to be getting worse over the last few days, once it warms up it drives much better. i am trying to get all my parts ordered and here so I can get it all changed but the way it ran today has me worried that I am going to tear something else up if I keep driving it. Am I just paranoid or do i need to park it until my parts get here??

Excessive smoke a sign of overfueling can damage pistons and cylinders. Have you checked your ficm, do you have a monitor, are you able to pull stored codes?
