Need EGR Bypass Instructions

Hello all.. Im looking for some instructions with Pics on bypassing the EGR system. I thought i saw one thread where someone cut the pipe off the exhaust and welded up the hole but i couldnt find it. I would like to bypass that hot sooty air from going into my intake before it screws something up. Thanks..

How long does that job take? Does the inner fender have to come out like in that other thread?

If you get a sneaky pipe from elite diesel you may be ok.

i have an 05 F250 just got it used 90 days ago head gaskets blew!!!!! It was over heating and saw coolant that was "puked" above the reservoir when we were towing took it in and now this. I had a banks chip on it dealer says nope......but finally fought enough to get them to pay for it!!!! I was wondering if this sneaky up pipe thing to get rid of the EGR would help with towing and just help overall?

It would help greatly with both towing and overall performance! I'm glad I had mine done...
