0 oil pressure

It is a 05 6.0 it simply quit. Has no oil pressure. There is no oil flow to the filter housing. We pulled the pan, checked the pickup and upper pan adapter to insure no cracks or suction leaks. Removed the oil pump cover and checked the gears, both good. Removed the oil pressure relief valve, it is not stuck moves freely.
One point if you spin engine then remove relief valve it is full of fresh oil, so low pump is doing something.

What oil filter brand?
How are you reading oil pressure? And low pressure or high pressure oil?

Tested

With oil filter cover removed with filter, there is no oil supply to the filter chamber. And it is no oil from the low pressure pump, so none aviable to High pressure pump.
