Oil leak

I have a 2005 F350 6.0. I have an oil leak but I can't figure out where it's coming from. My truck also has long cranks from time to time. Would my oil leak have anything to do with this or are they completely different issues. Btw I checked my ficm reading and its was at 48v both with the key on a cranking it. Im new to diesels so I'm just need some help.

Read up on how an HEUI motor works. That will explain why an oil leak might cause issues.
