Injector code, for number 3...any ideas?

So my wife has a 2005 with 128xxx miles. Been a good running truck with some hot start issues every now and then. I was gone on deployment for awhile so the truck wasn't really gettin the PM it needed. I did the STC, standpipes, dummy plugs, egr delete, new oil cooler, sent the FICM off to get rebuilt by ficmreapair. com. When taking the FICM out, I broke a plug, got a new one from swamps diesel, installed plug, put truck together yadda yadda yadda. Started the truck today after finishing up and it runs a little rough, def nothing like my smooth runnin 04. I monitered my scan gauge while cranking it considering the truck hasn't ran in 2 months and has been sitting to moniter ICP pressure build up and so forth. The truck started up and ran...but bucks. I hooked up my SCT to read the first code which was PO267 Cylinder 3 low circuit. I cranked it back up and let it run for about twenty minutes, then I got cylinder 3 contribution. While cranking and being under load, (driving up and down road) the ficm voltage dropped to 47.5 at the lowest. This was not an issue before as far as the injector goes. I'm out of ideas, if one of the wires got put in the wrong pin on the middle plug would the truck even run? I don't wanna order an injector just yet. Also i noticed under load the battery voltage wouldn't get above 13.8 over 3,000 RPM. So maybe an alternator is starting to go. I checked injector connection for #3 and it's plugged in and seated just fine like the 7 others. Any ideas gentleman? New injector? FICM repair messed up? ( its got a 3 year warranty). 'Merica

Think i just solved my own problem, pin 19 and 20 for power open and closed might have got crossed on connector x2 going to the FICM. Gonna go outside and see what i effed up.

Re: Injector code, for number 3...any ideas?

I'm curious what's up. When I've had injectors stick open I got contribution codes. First it sounded like my 302 with a plug wire off, few miles later a little smoke, a few miles after that (closer to 20 miles each time), it was puking grey smoke and said injector was done.
