2003 6.0L wont go over 3000 rpm

hello i read this same problem in a previous thread but just wanting a bit more imput. Antennaman79 had the same problem with rough/ delayed shifts and the engine will not go over 3000 RPM no matter how hard you stomp on it, With mine, sometimes mine is fine though, but seems to be getting worse. Has anyone else had this problem? did you just replace the fuel pump on the frame? and also how much is that pump worth? ive read alot of the threads and will also try a new egr seeing as that seems to be causing many problems as well, but mine seem to be identical to Antennaman79's. I also just had a injector replaced once this started, i took it in and they replaced one ijector but never said nothing about fuel pressure perhaps causing the injector to fail.
