truck died while driving wont start just cranks

05 f250 SD
135,000 miles
SCT programmer
EGR delete
arp studs
sinister coolant filter

I have had a speedo problem when speedo quit it would put truck in limp mode but I think I got that straightened out

I was driving down the street 35mph gave it a little gas, heard a little pop and it bogged let off and it idled for a sec then gave a little gas and it bogged let it idle down and it died. So I put in neutral and tried to restart while rolling and no restart just cranks. Towed it home just cranks no start or even hint of starting.

I have checked all fuses
checked for fuel in filter
while cranking I have no oil pressure at all
unhooked ICP sensor and it still just cranks, no start
batteries are newer and kept on a trickle charger at all times, because the truck is not driven much

I read the codes and got the following:

P0500 speed sensor - from when i had speedo problem

P0623 gen lamp circ? -changed some bulbs in gauge cluster recently

P2199 IAT and IAT@ -sensor from trouble shooting limp mode problem with speedo

P2285 ICP pressure low -from this no start problem

u0155 instrument communication lost -from changing bulbs and speedo trouble shooting

u0100 Lost communication with ECM/PCMA -from changing bulbs and speedo trouble shooting???

cleared all codes and cranked over and I still get the U0100 code -read might be from programmer

returned to stock and cranked it over
only codes I get now are:
P0403 and P0405 -EGR delete

hooked my scangauge 2 to it and checked ICP, IPR, FICM main power(FMP) and FICM low power(FLP)

here is what I got

Key on:
ICP 0
IPR 14.4%
FMP 48.5V
FLP 11.5V

while cranking:
ICP jumped to 31 then dropped to 1-0
IPR 77.6%
FMP 48.5V
FLP 9-10V

also checked the low oil pressure regulator and it was not stuck

from reading I am thinking the SCT fitting on the HPOP?

what do you guys think?

thats a good place to start. prone to fail more suddenly than the oring in the standpipes/DP.

Did you replace the standpipes and dummy plugs when you did the studs?

Should be easy enough to diagnose with an air test.

I replaced the stand pipes when I did the head gaskets, but not the plugs. The stand pipes were in the kit with the head gaskets. I pulled the filter and cranked it over and I have oil to the filter, so the LPOP must be ok. I ordered the STC updated fitting kit.

Put in the new dummy plugs too, crazy that International used that style of fitting to begin with out of hpop stupid is a better description they should have been sued for that alone !!

The IPR valve has no screen on it?
I put it back in and screwed it back out and no screen?
I put my finger in the pump hole and I can;t tell if its in there or not?
Is it normal that the screen comes off and stays in the pump?

Ok I did the air test, when I put air the ICP and use a funnel to listen, I only get a very faint slow oil gurgle sound from the turbo supply line hole. When I apply 12v to the IPR the gurgle stay the same very faint and slow????
