6.0 hydrolocked

In the process of trying to unlock a hydro motor can I try just one side at first? I want to get it to spin before I go any further on the EGR delete. Most everything is removed except for the turbo, oil/fuel filter and alternator. Just makin sure I'm not going to mess anything else up when I try to do this.

Just pull all the glow plugs and crank her over. You should be able to find the side and hole quickley. It doesnt take that long to pull the plugs. Is it coolant or fuel? If coolant start on passenger side.
