coolant leaking from cap '03 f350

Recently noticed coolant on the drivers side leaf spring, source traced to cap on coolant bottle. Replaced cap and topped off bottle. Still leaks, only after the truck has warmed up. Just had the engine front cover update done, egr cooler/valley cleaned out, etc a few hundred miles ago. Anybody have any ideas?
