Question Engine miss after new injectors

New headgaskets are in and went ahead with 175/75 injectors and new fuel system. Now truck has a "rolling miss". Any ideas? Bad injector, wiring or coincidental other problem? Trying to fix it with a tune but shouldn't it run normal on stock even with bigger injectors?

Anyone add new injectors and then have a miss? It seems even with going to 175/75 injectors the truck should run with stock programming.
