IPR valve question

How often do valves fail when no damage is present? I had Ryan's Excursion back together and running and he had it running while doing the coolant flush. Removed intake and related stuff to replace thermostat and fix fuel leak at fuel pressure test port. Put back together and filled with coolant. Now it cranks and won't start. Only getting 223 psi on ICP. I didn't have my IPR test pigtail or my AE with me. Is there a way to test the valve while it's out? Just trying to get a few answers before I go back tomorrow to work on it. Thanks guys.

Gonna try supplying power to it in the morning and seeing if it clicks. Pretty much has to be the valve or pump seeing as how everything else is new.

Supplied power to valve. Absolutely no sound from valve.

IPR valve question

I wouldnt condemn it just yet. The only way to really know for sure is if while air testing you dont hear a change in air leak once the ipr is closed. Which still if the leak is greater than the sound of ipr changing the change still cant be heard.

Just seems fishy that the thing ran perfect and now won't hit at all. Only 2 options are the IPR and pump since it has new stand pipes and everything else. Gonna reinstall it later and check the system before I replace the valve. New valve will be here at 2:30 though in case it's needed.
