Intake Question!!

I am in the process of installing my BPD oil cooler. When I removed the intake there was a little oil inside the intake. Is this normal?

Yes that is normal because the CCV is routed through the intake tube pre-turbo and the turbo sucks all of the oily vapors through it and pushes them through the CAC tubes. CAC and intake then into the engine to be burned.
