06 f350 starting problems

Have an 06 f350 crew cab long bed 110000 miles, no matter if its cold 15 degrees or 80 degrees it takes about 6-7 second to start. Parked it in my buddy's driveway which is at an incline nose up, 25 degrees out an it starts up right away, quicker than usual. Coincidence?? Is this a bad hpop? It started quicker nose up than it does already warm on a level surface.... Thanks in advance
