Help

I have an 03 F-350 with a 6.0 in it. I was driving down the interstate when it shut down on me. It cranks fine but no start.I had it towed to a local ford dealership where they pulled codes p0410,p132b,p1378, and P2290. They monitored ICP and FICM voltage while cranking to start. FICM voltage was 48 volts and ICP was low at 300 psi. removed valve covers to check for leaks finding none. icp sensor was leaking externally. they changed it but truck still wouldnt start. they wanted to change the HPOP and wanted a small fortune to do it so i had it hauled home to fix it myself.

I'm gonna say it's the pump since 03-04's have the highest failure rate and are less prone to HPOP leaks. Check this thread out though so you can confirm it.
