2003 F250 6.0 Hotstart Issue with new HPOP/ICP/IPR please help??!!!?

So i have 132XXX i had the HPOP replaced around 123XXX and 200mi ago I took it in because it would turn over for awhile while i pressed the gas for it to start.. so they replaced the ICP and IPR sensors and it worked for 1 day and now it will only start when cold.. so I called the business that replaced the HPOP and they said they did that but not the oil cooler? do I need to replace that?

Do you have a monitor? We need some ICP readings and some oil temp and coolant temps. Sounds like dummy plugs to me, but I'm not all to familiar with 03s maybe someone that is will chime in.

I believe he said when he replaced either the icp or ipr that there was a little bit of metal. Shavings?

03s do not have dummy plugs. Sounds like you have developed a HPO leak elsewhere in the system. I.E. injector o-ring, standpipe, or the braided line that connects the stand pipe to the rail.

what kind of pump did the shop put in? Do you recall if it was a ford remanufactured or something else?

Honestly the gurgling through the filter housing makes me think high pressure pump.

They did say that one of my o rings were going bad.. Would that cause a hot start issue?

I'm not to sure they did it before I bought it and he told me they did the hpop and injector orings.. It was a very small dealer. And when I recently took it to the shop told me one of my injector rings was bad and it was probably the oil cooler since they said they replaced it...
