I,VE WATCHED THE VIDEO ON U-TUBE AND LOOKED TO BE A BACKSTRAIN LAYING ON TOP OF THE MOTOR PULLING THE TURBO AND RESIVOUR, COVER BOLTS HALF HIDDEN, THEN THE PUMP INSTALL. IS THE HPOP UNDER THE HUMP ? I,M ABOUT 50 THOU. OVER DUE AND JUST LOOKING AT THE OPTIONS..

Cut a hole in the floor pan and tell me what you see ....the transmission lol. You'd have to go thru the firewall to get at it so pull ur dash out. Now the turbo y pipe is in the way pull that...yup faster to just change it the right way. If you're worried about leaning over buy a top side creeper you'll be better off in the long run.

right on , thankyou.. ford wants to pull the cab to do this job, has anyone pulled a cab , and what kind of a pain is that ??

it can easily be done in a few hours. pull the turbo, turbo pedistal, ipr, take the two 8mm bolts out of the tabs on the cover that hold the heat shield on (8mm flex head ratchet wrench) cut the passanger side tab off with a drill bit or dremel. take the 8mm bolts out with the ractchet wrench under the cooler. once thats done its 2 8mms and 3 t 45 torx
