Po148 and po606 code....

I've got an 05 6.0 PSD and this morning cranked fine and ran down the road about 5 miles and stopped at a stop light. Truck tried to take off! Slammed it in park so I didn't flatten the people in front of me. Runs real choppy and smokes. I've got custom tunes by IDP and I was running 160 horse tune which I've had on the truck for over a year. Any advice?

so A fuel delivery error and A PCM error

not much info but I would try to go stock and reload the tune since a programming error is mentioned

the fuel delivery is likely why it wanted to take off and may be related to the PCM error ?
