Code p0046 and P2262 no boost

i have a 2006 f250 and i am throwing codes p0046 and p2262 and i have no boost and truck doesnt seem to want to go above 2000 rpms you can hear that the turbo is not running as all i get is the deep wawawa sound and then no whistle as normal. it did this once a week ago and when i restarted the truck it ran fine and then same thing last weekend and now it wont go back to normal this time. the truck has 160,000 on it and ive had it studed and egr deleted about 9 months ago. any information would be great thanks in advance
