Was the front totally under water?

Take the glowplugs out and turn the motor over, which will get all the water if there is any out of the motor. also if it went all the way under change the fluids, all of them.

for water to get into ur intake it has to go through ur tubro and ur inter cooler so check them for water and also change all the fluilds ever in the axle otherwise the limited slip will fix and wont work right
