need input on codes

what do these codes mean they just cam up today on the way home from work. when i would hit around 2200 rpms it would make that shuddering sound that it does when you let off the gas pedal sometimes except this would do it while still on the gas he codes are
po299
po341
po403
po405
po478

the 403 and 405 are more then likely from having my egr valve unplugged but what are the other one and what might be the cause of this it pretty much did this out of the blue?!?!?!

P0299 Turbo/Super Charger Underboost
P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Performance (bank1/1 Sensor)
P0403 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Circuit Error
P0405 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor A Circuit Low
P0478 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve High Input

However I can't help you on the diagnosis.
