Smoke at idle???

My truck has been smoking at idle for a little while now, blueish greyish color, sometimes it's not very noticeable but other times it is pretty bad. Any ideas what this could be, truck is a 06 with 27k miles. Does it when cold or warm, doesn't smoke as soon as you mash the pedal though??????
