Blows smoke with loss of power randomly

At low speeds or leaving a stoplight or it low a while I'll temporarily lose power in the Truckle sound like it runs little rough blows little smoke once I get up to speed everything starts running normally I would assume that either the FIC M or an injector is there a way for me to Taladu I have to pay Ford

I would start with checking fuel filters and fuel pressure.

does the truck feel like it's boosting ok? could be stuck turbo veins. what color is the smoke? have you checked for codes?

Yes when the truck was cold when we ran the test we had her sitting for 45 min to an hour when we installed block heater cord pulled it out i started to drive away acted up turned back within 100ft and ran test.

that's not cold soaked
cold soaked would mean the vehicle has been sitting, undisturbed, usually overnight, outside. no block heater. you want to perform that power balance on the vehicle's first crank after cold soaking
