Installing my Fuel Injectors.... Suggestions

...How can I test my fuel pump to see if its working like it should. Does a bad fuel pump mess up the injectors?

Should I change my glow plugs?

Thank for your suggestions.

Re: Installing my Fuel Injectors.... Suggestions

You need to check your fuel pressure...or have someone check it.

Yes, low fuel pressure is not good on your injectors.

Glow plugs and injectors are different operations as far as replacing them go.

Your post really doesn't make sense. How about being a little more clear on what you need help with.

Re: Installing my Fuel Injectors.... Suggestions

I wouldn't worry about glow plugs, maybe a harness. Make sure you clean out the injector hold down holes and torque the injectors to the proper spec, too much and you'll damage the copper washer.

You should test your fuel pressure. It takes a 12x1.5mm adapter in the pourt next to the fpr cover in the secondary fuel filter housing. Here's a picture.....

If at any time the pressure falls below 46psi, the fpr updated blue spring is needed.

Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get.
