Need Help 6.0 Codes

everything stock,its straighted pipe,i use a sct tuner 3015 sometimes but never put it on the Big HP on,i mostly run it on light tow all the time. i was driving down the road and it wouldnt take the fuel it just smoked,when i stopped the motor was like it was missing,here are the codes...PO275,PO603, P1000,P2290, i did try to reset but no luck, Thanks
