P1000 is obd system readiness not complete. U have pcm flash recently? P04xx are usually egr circuits. U have egr removed?

What dose this mean do i need a new egr or a new sensor?

Try cleaning it first there are right ups and videos on youtube to clean it and what to look for. inspect for damage abnd wear. If ur egr has wet soot your looking at a bad cooler. Try this before replacing. The low input (correct me if im wrong) means that the pcm is sending a vref signal to the egr sensor and is getting zero or less than optimal voltage in return... Could be signal or signal return are shorting or valve is stuck open.

will try cleaning it. checked volts getting 5 volts on one wire and 12 on another wire. what would cause a shout what part should i check?

Good.
Pin a- egr valve cont.
Pin b- ground
Pin c - egr valve pos.
Pin d- 5 volt ref
Pin e- 12v vpwr from pcm and relay

U have 12 v pcm and 5 volt ref which is good. Check your readings of pin a and pin c. Key on and running. Sorry not sure what the voltage on these should be, maybe a tech could help. If your not having problems with the truck, delete the codes clean the egr and see if they return it could have jus been a one time thing ya kno?

It has a miss like egr might be working right. Just waiting on adapter so I can check fuel pressure. Was only doing it at half tank now it random. No mater how much fuel in tank. So I got scan tool and it gave these codes. P0404 and p0405. Had dealer check it and found nothing. He said he checked for codes and fuel pressure.no smoke runs fine at idel and high speed just at low constant speeds and on take off.

Might wanna try inj buzz test. When my injectors were on there way out it was only noticeable in OD or at a certain constant rpm. If they are less than par, try rev-x and a fuel additive.

Did all that about 2 weeks ago ran fine for a few days then back again. Its random drove 45 mile yesterday and was fine then tray it did it again.
So if I clean egr and it still does it should I replace it.
