Hard starting while cold

I have an 04 Ex. Since I bought her in Aug, she seems to be getting harder to start while cold. I plug the block heater in every night so ECT never really gets below about 80*. Usually if I let it sit for more than about 4 hours it takes 20 - 30 sec of cranking it over before it fires. But once it does she runs fine. If I turn it right back off and try to start it again it fires right up no problem. FICM is reading 49 V. No codes. I'm thinking its a slow oil filter leak bleeding off. Any ideas?

Something that you can try that's an easy cheap fix is one of the fuel adatives. It helped my father 04 6.0 and my 04 6.0. I would try that first. If you already have let us know what you have tried and give us some more information about the vehichle.
