Should I pull the engine again?

Two years ago I bought my F-250 Lariat with about 80,000 miles on it and it had an oil leak around the rocker carrier. It was under warranty so the dealership replaced the head gaskets, rocker box gaskets, rear main, front cover gasket and put in a steel bed plate. I didnt know any better at the time and they put regular head bolts back in, not studs. Two years later it is leaking again, mechanic said it looked like the heads and rocker carrier. I have an EGR delete kit on it and a 4 in turbo back stainless exhaust. I also have an older Superchips programer on it, not running anything major. If i pull the motor and replace everything, would head studs prevent this from happening again or do you guys think something else is going on? Thanks in advance.

Adam

Are you in Marietta Ohio??

.

Sounds like you are going to need rocker box gaskets again. Not too sure though without seeing it. Studs don't stretch like TTY bolts do so it is possible that they stretched and are allowing the rocker box gaskets to leak. Get rid of that superchips and get a SCT with custom tunes. Also you do NOT have to pul the engine to do head gaskets and head studs, they had to pull it to do the bedplate reseal and rear main seals.

Yeah, I live in Marietta, Ohio. Thanks for the info, it would be great if they didn't have to pull the motor.
