6.0 No turbo Boost

Hi, truck in our shop just had ICP sensor & ICP regulator replaced, now it is getting no turbo boost, but other than that it runs fine, we pressure tested the boost system from turbo to engine, no leaks, ICP pressures are good (idle & throttling) can't find anything left unplugged. found one thing odd, right below & to the right of the elbow on top of the engine where the boost enters the engine there is a componant with an electrical receptical with an electrical plug plugged in it,(sorry, don't know what it is called) I removed the plug & looked into the socket of the componant on the engine & there are no blades/terminals in the socket to make any electrical contact??????
