Another fuel MPG problem... after mods MPG went down

ok. so i dont expect to get 25 mpg. but i was getting 15ish with my truck with 25% all-terrains (37") and a cold air intake.

since that, i did the zoodad mod, egr delete, mbrp 5" exhaust with 7" tip, new nitto trail grapplers, SCT livewire with custom tunes (from more power diesel [not real impressed with them])

my fuel mileage has totally fallen on its face. now its down to 9-10.
is this normal? or is something up? when i can afford the extra spending im going to get my tunes from one of the companys i hear about on here all the time, but thats besides the point.
