NEED HELP FAST!!!!!!!!!!!

My truck (06 F250 KR 6.0) decided to give me a headache for this evening, I warmed it up at work to operating temp and drove it the whole 2 miles home, when I got home one of my neighbors wave so I cracked the throttle quick and then the truck sputtered and shut down and would not restart and shows no oil pressure, I took the oil filter out and canked it and the housing fills with oil, I tried unplugging the icp and it still did not start over on PSN I posted the same problem and I seem to have come up with needing a IPR Valve I was wondering what you guys thought before I went and ordered one.
