Help me please

I changed my HPOP and Replaced the ICP this last weekend started up strong and ran great drove it to the car wash and came home shut her down and now it's cranking but no start
My IDS is reading while cranking
IPR % 84.7
ICP 486 PSI
would the stuck open IPR cause the ICP to read a lower PSI?
I pulled the IPR and checked it out seemed to look good a little debris in the screen so i took it off and looked into it and it looked fine replaced the screen with the "new and improved screen"

have you tried the hanes, or chilton manuals? they have alot of info for "crank/no start" issues its not the most indepth but helped me with some issues so far.

Hey any help is better than no help, i've got the manual loaded on my computer and i've gone down the list i have it traced down the the HPO system it's 1 of 3 things a HPO leak, IPR valve 84.7% on cranking or the HPOP that i just got from the dealer has taking a crap.
