2003 6.0 Crank No Start
My truck stopped suddenly while driving down the highway. IPR readings were at around 77% while cranking so I suspected a sticking IPR. The truck still does not start after replacing the IPR. I replaced the ICP about a month ago.
I plan to tear into the HPOP tomorrow. Any ideas on what could be the problem? Thanks in advance. |

The hpop, standpipes, injector orings, hpop oil hoses. What is your actual icp reading while cranking?
Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get. |

How many miles?

I don't remember and I can't get a reading right now because I drained my batteries from long cranking. I'll get a reading once I charge the batteries.

There is a hpo air test you can perform, and this test for the hpop.....DIAGNOSING A 6.0L HIGH PRESSURE PUMP!
There is a check ball that can pop out of the hpop also. Sent from my phone that somebody didn't help me get. |

Could be a leak but if it's the original pump with that many miles, I'm gonna say the pump is junk.
