Head studs+ bigger injectors now hard start
Hey guys I just finished up installing head studs, gaskets, an EGR delete and Warren Diesel 155/30% injectors. I primed the fuel system and everything and i took 6-7 long cranks to get it to finally turn over. Now it is taking 3-5 seconds to get it started and is idling rough. It blows black smoke on startup and when I rev it but white smoke at idle. I have an SCT tuner but haven't gotten my tunes yet, so my question is could the larger injectors with no tune cause the timing to be off and it be running too rich? Open to any suggestions or opinions. Thanks!
