NEED HELP

hey everybody so i need some help the beast is blowing blue smoke at certian rpms and right before it shifts and then clears up ive checked the ficm i got 48v engine off 48.2v with engine running i checked the exhaust for oil it was bone dry so i guess that means the turbo seals are still good the exhaust does smell like diesel but its not awful and i have deleted the egr cooler so thats out of the way if anyone can offer any advice on what i should check next id greatly appreciate it

Do you have a ccv mod, what oil and filters are you running?

I don't have a CCV mod I run the motorcraft filter just cuz its what a friend told me to use and use rotellta 15-40 but would the oil in the intercooler tubes really cause blue smoke

No, not really that bad, I personally don't like the ccv mod. I've seen incorrect ccv mod cause smoke. As crazy a it sounds, an oil change may help you. It helped on my old 7.3. Alot of us run rotella T6, with great results.
