Code P0284

Had this code pop up and go away numerous times. One day it stuck and wouldn't go away with the studdering the engine was doing because of the code. I thought maybe the # 8 injector was going...changed my oil added 2- bottles rev-x, changed both fuel filters and did the blue spring mod.
Cranked the truck up after that and the code didn't come back.
So I took a 2k mile road trip and about a 100 miles away from home code came back with the symptoms... Wtf? Help!
I have the cts and all vitals are good...

did you replace the injector?

No, if it is the injector I might as well go with bigger injectors..
Could it be the ficm? Cts reads 49v

assuming that your fuel pressure is also good, then i would replace the injector
