Angry Running Rough - No Start

2004 (2003 engine) Currently have about 86,000 miles

Just got back from a 1,000 mile trip to Ohio & back, the truck ran great.

Battery Voltage 13.0+
Engine Coolant Temp 192
Engine Oil Temp 205
FICM Voltage 47.0 – 48.0 (one drop to 46.5 during stop & go traffic)
Transmission Temp 190
Turbo Boost WOT got it to 21, speed & traffic got me to back it down

So, after getting back - driving around town it started running rough. It seemed to smooth out as I accelerated with at least 15 psi boost and 2,000 rpm. I was close to home and went there.

Needed to go to Home Depot later, so I decided to drive the truck to try to figure out the issues. As the trip went on (just about 10 miles each way to Home Depot) it got worse. It didn't want to accelerate from a stop and was more rough. Again, once at speed it seemed OK, but if I slowed down, rough to the point of feeling like it wanted to stall. Being dark I couldn't see if there was any smoke. I made it home but felt it just made it.

I had changed the oil just before the Ohio trip, but didn't have fuel filters so I skipped that. I went out this morning and picked up fuel filters figuring I'd look at the fuel when I changed them then start trying to figure out the problem. Fuel was clear, no water. Got a little bit of what I would call grit/sand out of the primary filter housing, but the filter itself looked fine. Secondary filter was clean as a whistle.

Pulled the EGR valve to take a look, clean and dry.

OK, I figure I'm at the limit of what I know, so lets start her up and listen. Shaking/running rough like a gasser running on too few cylinders. No smoke seen. Shut it down and when I went to restart it will no longer start.

No check engine light.

Ideas? Does anybody know a good diesel guy in northern Virginia (west of DC)?

Not sure? Can this be read with an Edge Insight CTS without engine running (i.e during start)

But, this made me think - look for codes

I have the following codes:

P006A

P0263

P0281

I should add, it cranks aand sounds like it wants to start, just won't catch

Update.

She is finally running like a champ. Injectors #1 & #7 were totally dead. The mechanic was sure he was going to find problems with the HPOP, but no. The injectors seemed to have just died.

My plan is to go ahead and put the cash together to change the other 6, but what else should I do at the same time? He wants to do an EGR delete and I'm thinking about upgrading the FICM while it is down.

Ideas??
