first, you want to check for codes. this can save you a tonne of time, and should always be the first step in diagnosing.
second, are you getting any smoke out the tailpipe while cranking?
third, you're going to need a decent monitor to view PIDs. FICMv, ICP pressure and fuel pressure should be on your monitor. this is a MUST for any 6.0l owner
