Recommended turbo replacement?

Changed ICP sensor and pigtail on my 03 Excursion and figured I'd check the turbo shaft while I was in there. It has excessive side to side play and the fins are almost touching the housing. What do you guys recommend for a replacement? OE rebuilt, OE new, aftermarket rebuilt, other??? Thanks. I noticed an oil leak from turbo drain and exhaust leak at V-band clamp too.

Side to side play is normal. When it's not running, there is no oil surrounding the bearing which allows a little more space for movement. The key is not having any end to end shaft play. Your turbo is probably good to go.
