low boost code

i have a 2004 f250. its deleted, 5" straight pipe, stage 3 twisted trans, and im running the anarchy tune. the truck runs great for the most part. plenty of power. driving normal, there are no issues whatsoever. on a wot run, it runs great till i let off. turbo spools good, truck runs smooth and quick. but when i let off, the turbo wont spool at all. 0 boost. if i play with the throttle a little, it will come back after a few seconds and everything is normal again.

it does pull a low boost code. no other codes and otherwise the truck runs great. any ideas what the problem may be?

the port in the intake manifold gets clogged sometimes, a paper clip or any straight wire will clean it out.
