help 6.o wont start

please help i have a 2005 ford powerstroke that i bought figuring the ficm or hpop was down got home and started testing and the hpop was down i replaced that and updated fitting along with ipr and icp ficm test out to 47 v cranking injectors cycle hpo is 1300 i believe some one told me that it was still the ficm i put another one on same thing befor was saying ficm sycn yes crankpos campos syn no now after i switched its saying no to both put the old one back on and still saying no to both i have a new cam and crank sensor coming tomorrow could this be what it is please help

Are you getting fuel in filter? what is your fuel pressure? Are you throwing any codes? Do you have a monitor?

good fuel pressure acording to scan tool i believe it was 45 psi but no codes at all

Glow plug relay?? Should shoot a code though while cranking
