push rods

Is there an easy diy procedure for pulling push rods?

All Data's way has me cringing. I need to pull the push rods for #4 cyl to check them. can anyone help me?

Can I just pull the bridge assembly for the rocker arms?
If so is there any particular things to watch for or not do while pulling the assembly?
