Yeah, it should move or click? Where was it at? Still inside the pump like it pulled off when removing IPR?

TBH, i've never had to put power and ground to the ipr. but yes, i would assume it should at least click.
try that with a new one. see what it does
also, if that green o ring was "kinked" as you say, it's possible it's been blowing oil past that

I just pulled HPOP, the STC fitting was on its way out, it was making contact to the rear housing. I almost didnt pull it. Glad I did now. probably prevented some damage latter on and having to go back in later in life.

Its alive, little hard starting at first, 2 x 10 sec no start, 1 x 15 sec saw ICP reading go up stayed on it and started.

let it warm up to 170's ish, shut it down, 1 x 10 sec crank restart..yes..

drove home, parked it for about 5 minutes, 1 x 8 sec crank start..im sure this will progressivly get better as the air gets bleed out of the of the HPO system.

So upgraded
STC fitting
Dummy Plugs
Stand Pipes

New IPR valve.

Not sure which one was the culprit, all I know is when I did the Stand Pipe Dummy plug upgrade and tried to start the truck, it would not start, so I can only assume it was the STC fitting and IPR valve combination at this point in time.

Thanks to all those that helped, as of current this should be it on this No Start Issue.
