So im workin on changing an oil cooler, everything went smooth. until 1 intake bolt broke. its the next one up from the last one on passengers side in front of exhaust down pipe. will it cause a leak or a problem if i cant get the old one out and put a new one in. or can i get away without

I'd say that once you pull the intake off, if you get a stud remover and put on it, it will probably come out. Just soak it with a good penetrating oil.

usually with the tension relieved, due to the head being busted off the bolt, the rest should even just spin out by hand. vice grips should do with ease. i doubt it's been cross threaded, since the tips of those bolts have a taper on them to guide through the gasket holes
