otherwise, still a no start condition hot or cold. Ive got the STC fitting kit in hand, unless any one recommends..

well, you say icp is 540psi at idle. none of that info is pertinent. you need the data from when the problem is actually occurring.
also, if it's an intermittent no start hot or cold, it won't be the stc fitting
