A little help please!!!

What's up guys? I'm new to the forum and to powerstrokes. I just recently purchased an 04 Crew Cab 4x4 PSD and currently have a Banks 6 gun. The problem I have is that the Engine oil temp seams to be a little to hot. I was on the freeway last wekend for about an hour and a half and about 45 mins into the trip the alarm went off on the display at 225 degrees. I had to raise the alarm temp a little. It finally peaked at 229 and seamed to stay there regardless of the powersetting. After getting off the freeway the temp dropped down to 215 and stayed there. When driving around town it seems to do fine but on the freeway gets a little hot. The truck has a fresh oil change and I was only pulling about 1,200 pounds. My truck currently has 68,000 miles on it. Just looking for a little help if anyone could lend a little advise.

Seems hot yes, maybe an oil cooler issue? I really have no idea - that's only a shot in the dark!
