New Leak Problem...?

hey guys so I have a problem. I'm starting to leak something from my passenger side by the front wheel. I cant tell what it is thats actually coming out thats the problem. It looks like fuel and feels like it I dont know for sure. The real issue is I cant find the source of the leak. It looks like its coming from the automatic transmission fluid filter or the lines that are right above that. More like the filter. Can that be it? I have noticed mt tranny slipping or having trouble shifting recently. any help or insight what that could be?
