04 6.0 no power

I have a 04 6.0 6 speed. and my buddy has a 02 7.3 6 speed and his truck has ten
times the power my truck has. On take off and throttle responces my truck want move out it own way compaired to his whats up?????

You need a monitor, otherwise we're guessing.........Write Up: Monitoring the 6.0L PSD.
I'll guess turbo sticking to start with.

No way a 7.3 should compare to a 6.0 stock for stock. How many miles on it? How long have you owned it? You have the routine maintenance (fuel and oil filters) done on it regularly? And ditto on above, any monitors at all?

My truck has 70,000 miles and his 145,000. And all maintenance up to date. My truck
Is like drivin a 4 cyclinder Toyota to a to a v8 f150. My truck runs good and I get about 18
Mpg but not much power. It does have a little miss once an a while but only when fuel gets to 1/2 a tank or lower but above that it runs fine. Just has no power very SLUGGISH all around.

How long has it been this way? How long have you owned it? Any smoke out of t pipe?

No smoke and 3 years. Thought it was just truck until I drove his 7.3. I had the ficm replaced about 2 years ago but still the same just wouldnt start when cold.
